- 1 cup epsom salt
- 30 drops essential oils
- flowers (recommended: rose, lavender, chamomile)
- 1/3 cup himalayan salt
Instructions
1. Add your salts to a bowl.
2. Mix together your essential oil blend in a separate bowl.
3. Slowly mix together your wet ingredients with your dry ingredients.
4. Sprinkle in all desired flowers and herbs.
